Ensure all original tags remain attached and the fabric remains in its pristine, original condition to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring the return authorization slip is included inside the box.

• 3.
  Affix the Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and attach it firmly to the exterior of your package, covering any old labels.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking receipt; your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days of receipt.
